Kaiser Permenete sent my grand-daughters bill (she is 2) to this company even though the state paid the bill. This was apparently done in March of last year and again in November. They are relentless in trying to collect a bill that was paid for and not mine. Even though the mother talked to them and are aware the state made payment they put it on my credit history and refuse to remove.
