Collections ETC/TLG Great Fun Sold my payment information to TLG Great Fun w/o my permission Des Moines Iowa

I just received a catalog for dining, shopping, hotels & flight savings from GREAT FUN, some how they called here and asked me a yes or no question and full knowing I would say yes to my husband's name even after I repeatedly told them I was not interested they sent me the information anyway with a 30 day trial after that they would charge my credit card 11.99 each month. This is a piece of mail I would have normally tossed away and that is what they are hoping I would have done I gave the guy the riot act and I will be turning them into the BBB they may have me on tape saying yes but trust me it wasn't to the product that I was agreeing to be charged with. I save more then 11.00 with my triple A membership so really there is no reason for me to sign up for such a product...

I do know sometimes they even send you a check from a with the name of a company you might shop with once you cash it you are in!!! I was due monies from Collections ETC so I fell hook line and sinker for this scam by both phone and mail both!!! So trust me I will be contacting Collections ETC and ending my business with them for good even though I sure do love their stuff!!! They even gave this Great Fun my credit card number that I used too buy products from them...... I am so mad.

Since sending an email to my entire address book I have discovered two other companies that also take part in this scam: Columbia House and Classmates.com
I have sent my email to my local BBB office these companies should be stopped.......
