Colnx Menobreak my bank account was billed for product i did not order and No refund after 14 weeks hollywood, Florida

On or about the 15th of november 2009, i saw a add on tv about a product called COLNX. The add stated that you could get this product as a free sample and all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling which i did. On December 1, 2009, i was reviewing my credit card statement and i noticed a charge in the amount of $89.89 from the MENOBREAK / COLNX company. I immediatly contacted the company via telephone (888-792-2468). I was told to return the product. On December 4, 2009 i returned the product per their instructions (RMA # 145965-124) to 605 N 21th Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33020. I called back a few days later to see if they had received the product that i returned. I was told that they received the item on December 10, 2009 and a refund would be issued within 2 to 4 weeks. I checked back after two weeks and was told again that it would take 2 to 4 weeks. I waited 2 more weeks and then called again. I was then told that my request had not gotten to accounting department yet. It is going into the 8th week now and the company is stalling and putting me on hold. Can you help me resolve this nightmare. I have never seen it take this long to reverse a charge to a credit card. Thank you for your assistance.
