this company called because i visited the web site and asked for more info. well they gave me a call and told me that a had a special trail pack that i could get for the price of shipping and handling ($3.95). that was fine. then they would tell me that it would arrive in 7 to 10 days (that didn't happen, 14 days). then they tell you that with in the next 14 days you can cancel your account with them and tere will be no charge.well it took 14 days forme to get the package and they have already charged my card for another supply. how do they know that i wnt to keep buying if they charge me for something before i try it. they charged me forit and i don't even know if i can take it with my other meds.they will not answers any calls, not responding to emails, giving numbers to call that goes to other companies. i'm going to keep trying to contact them because i'm diabled and on a fixed income. i can not afford to pay the price they charge and cant' just take off my card when they feel that they want to.
