I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which, as of this report 02/15/2013, has not gotten a response from the company. I finally received my order on 02/13, only to discover that the product's expiration date was 3/2011.
Follow-up emails to the company demanding a refund have not been acknowledged and their voice mail is still full. I have updated the BBB on the issue and hope that they are able to secure a refund.
