1) Compensation for $100 late pick-up was never processed despite the fact that I signed the form about 2 months ago. When I asked about it, they claimed it was never received. I emailed it to them again with the time and date stamp from my email, and they still have not refunded it. I have repeatedly inquired about this refund and still have not received it.

2) Brokers and carrier did not provide a weight ticket. When I requested to see the weight ticket for the difference in weight from the quote they told me it would be processed through a different department and I would find out and get my refund after the delivery. Now that it has been delivered, they say the items were not weighed by the carrier they hired and since that carrier is no longer in their network there's nothing they can do. Now they refuse to refund any weight differences and they also attempted to blame me by stating that my items took more cubic feet in the truck than they estimated, when in fact they told me in the quote that I was paying by only weight. Update: Refuses to pay weight difference and blamed for for not having a weight ticket when that was their responsibility to get one.

3) The broker told me they would hire a carrier that would store my stuff near the final destination in Massachusetts. After the 2 week delay I insisted on finding out where my items were stored so I could see if I could pick it up myself, then they reluctantly told me my items were still stored in Chicago. The person who gave me my initial quote never updated me that my items would be stored in Chicago and never asked me whether that would be acceptable.

4) My items were scheduled to be delivered at the last day of the 2 week window provided. I was stood up that weekend and never notified that my items were delayed. The day before the scheduled delivery date, the brokers called me to confirm my items would be delivered the next day, but when in fact my items were never in-route and were still sitting in Chicago.

5) After the two week window, my items were then furthered delayed for a total of 15 business days (total 21 days). I was given repeated false delivery dates, and notified the night before or the day of that they would not be able to deliver. Before the final delivery, I was given at least 5 different delivery dates, some of their "dates" included the whole weekend because they were unsure when it would actually arrive. Up until close to the final delivery date the broker lied and led me to believe my items were delayed in-route, but when I later pressed for the exact location, they admitted that my items were still in storage in Chicago and that they had been provided with "false information."

6) The brokers hired three different carriers until my items were finally delivered. This repeated loading and unloading of my items caused significant damages to my furniture. There was also water in some of my plastic containers which resulted in moldy clothing and a moldy and ruined down comforter.

7) When I posted my unpleasant experiences using internet reviews. The broker repeatedly pressured me to take them down and told me I would be required to take them down in order to receive any compensation.

8) Because I had paid upfront to the initial carrier (Peterson's), the brokers now state that there's nothing they can do because that carrier is no longer in their network. And the brokers are unwilling to get that money back from the carrier in order to provide me with the necessary compensation.

9) Initial quote told me my items were delivered during the two week window, now they say that they are supposed to have 21 days to deliver though it does not say that anywhere on the contract.
