Columbia DVD House is supposed to notify me to decline my "Director's Selection" before it is shipped to me. They notify me sometimes and some others I find out that all of a sudden my debit card has a charge and they will ship a DVD. I tried to contact them by email but nobody responds, this is the second time they've done this. It seems as if they intentionally fail to notify so they can charge my account.
