Columbia hasn't issued rebates since September '03 - now going on 7th month - supposed to be within 6-8 weeks, they dont answer the phone listed, and once when I got thru (2 months back), I was told it will "now be processed" - I know of 2 other people with the same - both nothing has happened. Will someone intervene - fix this???
