I need to get 3 checks of $25 each which was equal to the purchased price excluding tax for 3 pairs of walkie talkies bought from fry's outpost.com. I didnt get the rebates and so i called the columbiatel and they informed me that i need to get 3 rebates of $25 each and i was told that they will be mailed. I received a $25 check. After nearly 2 months i called them back asking about the other 2 checks. They said the will be mailing soon. But didnt. Then i kept on calling them. And finally i received 2 checks. And they were rejected due to insufficient funds. And i was responsible for the bank fees for the checks rejected.

I spoke to them again and there was no response and the customer service was very bad. They just take our contact information saying that they will call us and that it. Nobody calls. Everyday i kept on calling and finally i got a check for the amount i need to get. But it was again rejected due to insufficient funds. Now again when i was trying to contact them the same thing was happening. I have no hopes about the rebates. Instead i payed 30$ as a fee to bank for the checks being rejected
