Combined Insurance - Kevin & Connie Dietz False Promises Sneaky, Liars, Scabs, Abusive..RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Wenatchee Washington

If this Kevin & Connie are anything like the upper management I have...They are out with the reinstate list..who cannot write a 100 call with that? So a 100 call is not really the issue at hand, the issue as I understand it by reading the posts in Washington is that these two seem to be out for them selves and do not care who they take down on the way, I do not believe it is any ones intentions to get on this site and do nothing but tell their experiences with the above said company. It should not bother the boss..after all they should be able to go to bed ...and know they did nothing wrong and if that is the case why would this site bother them?

If you are looking into this company in any state, do your research..read about it....to achieve you do have to believe....that begins in believing in yourself...and keeping god & your family first...Don't let this company take your life away.

I just hope that someone is curled up in a fetal position sucking on a combined pen with a migraine....

What you are posting on this website about Combined is unprofessional. You have written absolutely no complaint. You sound angry and childish. This website is meant to expose companies who are being unethical, illegal, or otherwise underhanded. It sounds to me like you had a personal problem with a boss.

Combined allows its employees a certain level of autonomy. With that autonomy comes the ability to run a business the way that each district sees fit. This "Kevin and Connie" sounds to me like a successful husband and wife team. And there are many of them in this company!

One quick note: Whoever made the comment about having your boss go out and "write a hundred call for you" simply verifies the fact that the problem with every person who posted on this thread is the fact that you can't go out and sell for yourself. It sounds like your managers are pretty good at their jobs. Try it for a change!

I worked for Combined in 2004 thru early 2005. I remeber Kevin and Connie before they went off to vegas and got married and Connie's last name was Davies I believe. Anyway, it doesn't sound like a thing has changed. I must admit that while working for Combined, I was behind on my rent every single month and if not for the good graces of my landlord, I'm sure I would've had no place to stay. There was another agent who had to sell his house on Whatcom lake because he was making so little money and couldn't afford his mortgage and this guy had 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and he had a master's degree. Why he stayed is beyond me, but I think he ended up working at Wal-Mart. My last straw was the week I worked the Deming route and literally mad maybe $100 for the week from re-newals. I probably spent twice as much in gas than I made that week. It wasn't the 1st time that happened working for Combined, but it left such a bad taste in my mouth, that it would be the last. The next week I managed to get a job in a lumber mill and phoned Kevin to advise him that I was moving on from Combined. WHen he realized the guilt trip he was laying on wasn't getting anywhere, he then offered for me to work part-time. I told him I was done, turned my kit in and haven't looked back since. I must admit that I did have some good weeks and even a few where I made $1000 for the week. But that was the exception and definitely not the rule. The thing I learned is that if you didn't go out and have Connie write your 100-call for you, good luck getting into management and making the overrides. I feel for anyone who works for Combined, because it is truly a grueling job and the rewards don't nearly justify the effort you have to put in. Just a summary of my experience. Btw, Kevin and Connie do have nice digs in Wenatchee, I think the place in Cabo is more Kevin's than Connie's since Kevin liked to brag about it before they were married.

How can a company have a husband and a wife work so close ...and then to think it is fair, these two people are only out for them selves...this thing where they say that Kevin and Connie have been Grandfathered in to their positions....Is a bunch of BS! I have a 18 year old in retail and she cannot even date or room mate with her co workers....and then to have Kevin & Connie ..Cheaters who have dated, cheated and then married and were able to keep their positions is a bunch of CRAP! Hmmmm Wasn't Connie Married to another Combined Agent/Manager? Is that what they mean when someone says '"She slept her way to the top?" Just something to ponder on!

I agree the one thng we all have is freedom of speech and all is correct in your opion of Connie Dietz and Combined.
You did forget to also mention that : Yes Connie you do look older than Kevin and all the agents laugh when you always ask agents if you do. Hey like the above report stated there isnt enough plastic surgery to help you there.
Im feeling the same relief as the above Ex-agent. Free from combined has saved my family and me.
