Submitted applications that required clients doctor information.......information that was
contained in the doctors report caused the application to be declined. As a result of the
application being declined for medical information unknown to the agent and/or the
client, Combined issued a Disciplinary Notice to the agent for submitting an application
that ended up being denied.
How the hell does the agent know what MIGHT be in a doctor report that would cause
the application to be declined ???
Combined disciplined the agent for this. What a joke.
