POSTED: Friday, October 05, 2012But the person from the executive Complaint Service Center was not done there. She rolled back the bill to reflect a normal service charge, which was totally unexpected. She was able to qualify us for some promotions that had expired due to our length of service with them. Now that's what I call customer rewards.
There has been several levels of service from beginning service to now. I have encountered many people from Technicians to call center personnel. They all were polite, but only knowledgeable in thier field. I can not fault Comcast for this.
If you are having problems, and have tried everything else. I would suggest using the email I provided to resolve your problem. Thank you Ripoff.com for allowing me to share this and I hope it is helpful to others.
