This bank is a pain in the ... I recently became divorced and was forced to take on all the credit debt from the marriage. Being unemployed at the time made it difficult at best to keep up with the payments. I called each of the creditors and explained the situation. All but Comenity were gracious and helpful. Comenity told me that I could make smaller payments and they would just keep in touch with me on a monthly basis to make sure things were still as planned. Instead, they call me every day between 15 and 20 times a day!! The calls start at 8:01 am and don't stop until 9 pm. I have talked to them several times and they continue to add interest and late fees as well as penalty fees that completely negate my payments. If you have credit with this company I would suggest you watch your cards and statements carefully. They also increased my interest on my current balances and continue to tell me I never made payments when I have confirmation numbers. Someone needs to stop this company from harassing people
