Yes, I am also caught up in this mess! My issue is a little different. I have a phone system that was delivered to my office in April and the service was never turned on. Norvergence sold this contract to Commercial leasing and funny thing, they want me to make the lease payments.

After speaking to an attorney he said he finds it hard to imagine that a leasing company would get involved in this type of "scam" knowing that the equipment wasn't worth anyware near $20,000! The only way this program/cost savings would work is if you get the service Norvergence offered.

It appears there was colusion between the leasing co. and Norvergence! I would like to speak to anyone who is involved with a class action against Commerce Commercial Leasing or is being harrassed by them.

FILE YOUR COMPLAINTS!

AUTHOR: Sher - (U.S.A.)

For those of us with Commerce Commercial Leasing, it is important to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357. These fraudulent leases may be a violation of Section 5 of the FTC ACT.

Also tere are letters from Norvergence customers that have been sent to the bankrupcty court which you can read all court proceedings at thedigest.com/docs/norvergence

All Norvergence complaints filed to your state's public utilities are public records that you can obtain and find out who else in your state may have Commerce Commercial Leasing and have them file with the FTC and your State Attorney's Office.

The Banks and Leasing Companies are making theirselves known, we need to make ourselves known where it counts.

FYI-Robert Fine, Financial Officer at Norvergence just happens to also be the president of a national leasing equipment association???? you can read this in search engines for Norvergence

Commerce Commercial Leasing/Norvergence rip off

AUTHOR: Nancy - (U.S.A.)

We are also being harrassed by Commerce Commercial Leasing. Our lawyer said that we signed away all of our rights, including the right to have an attorney. But in the state of Texas, we have very good consumer protection laws and we have hired the attorney to fight this.

We will pay everything we are "supposed" to owe Commerce Commercial Leasing, to see these people stopped from doing it again. They are already trying to get us to sign up with another phone company and use the infamous "black box" that is hanging in our phone room taking up space.

If you would like to contact us, please do. [Place your comments below and be sure to include your FULL contact information so Rip-off Report can contact you.]We are trying to get enough people to file a class action suit. Also, our attorney told us to file a complaint to the TX Attorney General/Consumer rights board. You can do this on the internet. Go to TX.Gov and then Attorney General then consumer affairs.

They want any supporting documents you might have. We filed one in the name of Norvergence/Commercial Commercial Leasing. If we can get enough people to file, then we may have a chance of getting any litigation done in Texas instead of PA. It also does not matter what leasing company it is because the "lease agreement" is the same in every case. Please send this on to anyone who contacts you about these people. We have been hearing from other victums through the new phone company we signed up with.

They are telling Norvergence customers to contact us regarding a class action suit. We have to stop this now before Commerce Commercial Leasing puts liens on all of us and we have to answer in the state of PA. That means we have to hire an attorney in PA. And Lord knows we have all paid more then enough for something that never worked and never will.
