Commercial Funding Group, Clinton Washington, Michael Parker, AKA Michael Ocean Issue Commitment Letters to Fund, Require Underwriting Fees, Never Fund, Never Return your FEES and Disappear.

I referred several of my clients to Clinton Washington in Birmingham Alabama and Michael Parker, AKA Michael Ocean in Atlanta Georgia with Commercial Funding Group for a loan. Washington claiming to be a Federal Bonding Agent (which we could never validate), Lender that is part of a lending group and Parker AKA Ocean claiming to be his underwriter...

My clients paid Commercial Funding Group underwriting fees, appraisal fees, gave them all required borrower information requested and had a meeting with both Washington and Parker AKA Ocean. My clients were issued commitment letters and closing dates. Washington continued to change closing dates, gave numerous excuses and NEVER closed the loans.

We were unable to locate an office with anyone that worked there and mail sent to Washingtons address was returned undeliverable.

My client requested their Thousands of Dollars paid for underwriting to be returned due to Failure to Fund, Washington and Parker/Ocean never returned any calls or refunded my clients money.

We will now have to file a lawsuit and report this to the authorities to recover my clients funds.
