I was contacted by Commercial Health Network by JOhn Abraham agent #003 in April. After hearing the sales pitch of getting a 2,000 unsecured credit card I didnt think that it was a ripoff.
He guaranteed me that I was going to receive the card in 15-20 days after payment and that I would receive free health insurance from the company and that was included in the package.
In May I contacted the company at the customer service number they gave me ( 1-888-523-8477).The guy I talked to was very polite to me and assured me that my package would arrive shortly.
And he told me to call back in a few days and get my fed-ex #. I waited a few days and called back and got the run around again but this time I was told that I would only be getting a welcome packet and a application for a credit card. I told the guy that is not what I was told in the beginning.
Well after hanging up and went on my search engine and found this site and started reading about this company. Thank God for this site. I found out that I was getting ripped off.
I went off line and called the company back this time I talked to a lady. I told her that I no longer want the credit card and that I want my money back she told me that she could not stop my card because it had already been mailed. I was nice enough to inform her that the man that I spoke to an hour earlier informed me that it hadnt been sent yet. Well this made her mad and she said that I knew what I was getting and that she has me on a recorded conversation. I told her I dont give a crap and I demand a refund.She said that my package was non-refundable and I told her you want to bet!
After all of that I went to my bank and told them the whole story about what had happened. My bank is very nice.Well they filed a fraud report.I told them that I cancelled this and that they do not have authorization from me. Well my bank told me that I shouldnt of gave out my bank information but for people like me not knowing why well its a hard price to pay.
When I came home I called the company again and demanded a refund. Well after a shouting match the only thing that they have accomplished was ticking me off. So for my sweet revenge I decided to do whatever I can to make them pay.
I pulled up the Better Business Bureau report on this company and found out that they have 8 names (Commercial Healthcare Network,National Health network, Financial Health Group,I Health Support,First Health Group,Global Management LTD, Consumer Health group (The) and NHN credit Benefits.
Additional phone numbers:1-888-240-4388,1-888-880-4388,1-888-767-4743. The company is run by three people: Mr Michael Porters, Ms. Jennifer Johnson, Ms. Andrea Johnson- Office Manager. You can call and ask for these people like I did but they wont put you through but I am sure that their names will come in handy for a small claims suit.
I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in Clearwater Florida (http://www.clearwater.bbb.org) through the internet, The FTC through the internet and I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General.
I have also contacted the local news media to do a investigative report and this company. And to back up my story to these people I told them to go to this website and found out for themselves what this company is doing.
I might not be able to stop this company from ripping people off but I am sure going to get personal satisfaction. I told Commercial Health that I want a refund and they refused I warned them that if they did not refund my money that I would turn them in so let them call my bluff and lets just see if I finally find someone that will make their life miserable and finally shut them down. I will continue to contact whomever and keep complaining maybe this time I will contact the media in clearwater florida and tell them to look into this company. They took the time to seek me out to rip me off and now its my turn.
