Commercial Mortgage Consultants LLC Richard Graves Warning, Proceed at Your Own RISK Internet, Colorado

You apparently have some serious insecurities.  I am not Richard and I lived in Colorado for over 30 years.  I moved to Florida over 2 years ago.  Not that this is any of your business.  It may come as a surprise to you but no one is hiding.  Richard did nothing wrong here per YOUR statements.  You are a vindictive person who cannot let go of the fact someone worked diligently on a loan for you and it was unable to be processed, not by Richard, but by the lender.  You are not the only American who has lost everything, or so you say, in this economy.  There are hundreds of thousands of people homeless without a leg to stand on because of the awful economy.  You have every right to be unhappy but like all of the other people in your boat, move on and try to make a better life for yourself.  I am also sure there is legal recourse for slander and harrassment.

Oh, Richard. Are you back in business again? Did you know that there is a terrorist group that has a AAA rating with the BBB? Did you know the organization has been the subject of controversy, particularly related to its practice of giving businesses that pay a membership fee higher ratings. Anyone can buy a AAA rating. Did you know that Commercial Mortgage and Richard Graves has three unresolved complaints with the BBB? My unfortunate situation with Richard Graves happened two years ago. Why has Richard Graves never disputed my complaint on ripoffreport.com?

Two years ago Richard Graves suddenly vacated his office and apartment and avoided a subpoena being served by the Denver Police Dept. Why wasn't Richard Graves outraged at what happened to me and why didn't he insist Wiseman Capital Group rectify the situation? Yes, I agree, do your research and go to a reputable site like this one, not the BBB that anyone can
buy their rating. Ripoffreport.com is a site that is the only option left for people who have been ripped off and have no other recourse. Richard Graves was able to avoid a law suit but now that you have brought him to light again and now that I know he is in Florida l'llI be contacting my private investigator to locate him and re-file my law suit. Thanks Mr. Anonymous. Oh and you say "Richard Graves is a wonderful person"? Well your "wonderful person" has no integrity and now he's back in business. If you are looking for a Mortgage Broker move on, it's not worth the risk you will be taking to do business with Richard Graves and Commercial Mortgage Consultants. Oh Oh and you say you worked for him "several years ago" well several years ago he was in Denver Colorado.

How is it that you are in Florida where he now resides?  If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then its a duck.

I used to work for Richard Graves as his Operation Manager for Commercial Mortage Consultants for several years.  I moved on to finish college.  It is impossible to make every customer happy although Richard Graves will go to great lengths to try.  The one thing he promises is that he will do whatever it takes to try and find his consumers the best loan out there.  Consumers need to realize this takes time and resources.  The economy has been in a slump and criterion change.  There have been many times Richard Graves has examined a loan package and told people he would not be able to help them at the time.  

Richard Graves would then give the consumers a list of things that needed to be done so they could get their loan.  If Richard believes a loan can be done, he will exhaust all efforts to get his consumers the best Loan to Value at the lowest rate.  As for the vacant building on his website: People move and if you look at the address, it is a valid address.  Richard is a wonderful person who has been in business for 30 years and has a AAA rating from the BBB.  One or two complaints from an unhappy consumer does not show what this man has done for many people.  Do your research and check the BBB website.  This is where you will find the correct and valid information on the company.
