Got an offer in the (snail) mail, for a book about requesting grants from the U.S. Government.

I sent a money order for the book, which I never received.  The order was mailed on the 10th of November.


I also noticed that someone else requested this same book; & they were also ripped off!

All I can say is, another lesson learned.  I hope that some day, this malcontented miscreant will be caught up & dealt with!
