Supposedly I sent for a report on how to win at the lottery.  They sent me a report, 6 weeks later, that a mathematician would have problems with!  I sent the report back immediately asking for a refund.  There is no way I can get in  touch with the company!!  And I have yet to receive my refund!! Big scam!!

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected.The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help!
