If you think you can use this information please do so, losing $29.95 is not a big deal for one person but based on the number of complaints my guess he is clearing ten's of million a year with this scam. This individual is committing a federal crime by using US Mail to commit fraud across state lines. I'm no lawyer but I'm sure he can be prosecuted for mail fraud at the very least.
