I filled out the forms, copied the receipts, cut off the UPC code for each monitr and sent each rebate in its own envelope with each of its own copy of receipts, UPC barcodes, and rebates forms.
6 weeks later I received mail stating that they have received my rebate submission but where missing UPC barcode.
i call to they phone number, but they asking for the upc code!!!
but i said i already send!! "sorry but we don't recibe the upc code." all i said to end that conversation is, "ok, thanks for your help, bye bye." and end the call.
in facs, i never buy again rebate pruducts by mail.!!
