They keep saying that they mailed the check but it was returned as as undeliverable eventhough I provided my address at least three times.
I contacted them at least three times and everytime they asked me to provide a correct address and allow 30 day period for check to come.
After each 30 days, I keep hearing same story "Rebate check was sent, but returned as undeliverable" I provied them my wor and home addresses, and I don't have any problem with my regular mails. I also had an HP rebate with same purchase, and I got my rebate check from HP months ago
