Compass Bank Compass will not honor off draft agreements Payson Arizona

Compass bank failed to honor a signed agreement to automatically transfer funds from an interest bearing account to a none interest bearing account to cover a small over draft. The interest bearing account had 300 times the amount of the overdraft on deposit at the time. The totally unfair overdraft charge was only $38 and the overdraft lasted less than 24 hours because a deposit in the system was not yet; correctly per Compass' rules; credited. Compass can not be trusted to automatically protect depositors from overdrafts even with more than sufficient funds in the Compass system. Both of my accounts were established in the same branch, Payson, AZ.
