Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. Mr. Randy Brown/CEO Took my money but have yet to see a refund or product since August 2012 Franklin, Indiana
Called to place an order for a motorcycle lift with Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. in August 2012 and was told I would get it at the end of August. That month came and went and so did five months later. Have made every type of contact that a consumer can do (email, phone calls) and still no motorcycle lift. Called and spoke to the owner Mr. Randy Brown the first week of January to request a refund and he said he would put the money back on my credit card the next day. Well, we are still waiting for that money and no lift still and it's 1/26/2013. Checked out his report with the BBB and back in October 2012 Mr. Randy Brown responded to some of the complaints that the BBB had informed him about. His response was that if a person is told their order is a "Special Order"( in which I wasn't told that) in can take anywhere from 90 to 120 days. Well, even with it not being a special order I am still waiting for a refund. He also goes on to mention that if consumer's want a refund all they have to do is send an email to this email address:Refund@CompleteHydraulic.com. I have sent many many emails to this email address as well as other employee's email addresses that I have come across and no reply from anyone. There are several organizations in the area of Franklin Indiana that are very well of his business practices and if anyone checks out his BBB report you will know as well what kind of business he is running. His rating with the BBB is an F with a Red Alert. We never thought to check some of the places out until after we realized we weren't getting anywhere with the company or Mr. Randy Brown. I would just like to let consumer's out there to please look elsewhere to buy your product/merchandise as you may run into the same problem we are currently dealing with.
