Complete Landscaping Systems Company does not pay subcontractors for services rendered all over the U.S. Wichita, Kansas

This company subcontracted us to perform landscaping services in Texas. They told us that their terms for payment were net 60. We went along with that, as this was the first commercial property that we had, and we were excited about it.

We performed the services that were requested, and sent the invoices. Their net 60 means that any invoices received in a particular month, are entered into their system at the end of the second month after that. After trying to find out in late September where the June payment was, I was told that they will pay as soon as they get paid by the companies that hired them. We were never told that payment was contingent on their getting paid. I paid my help for the work when it happened.

Turns out that they have these massive contracts with Johnson Controls, Verizon & Bank of America in several states. There are multiple companies that cannot get their pay from Complete. Laura McMurray is the President of the company, and she even sent us a bogus check # on December 18, saying that was being sent to us. It has not arrived, of course.

I am beyond tired of emailing them everyday, and now they just do not respond at all. Who knows if they're even reading the emails?
