i have only read things on here but now its time to tell you all something. they say things are going to change but they havent. a.c. still makes her comments about people and the supervisors just keep pushing, thats why there are so many rejects. if the management team were asked to do the same jobs they couldnt. its already been proved by a.c. she has to have q.c. work crazy hours to do her job. shes to busy trying to be super hero. shes proving she cant do that either.its pretty sad when the supervisors suck up to employees so they can find out information. and they just happen to be the ones to get the easy jobs imagine that.the favoriteism and back stabbing will never stop untill we have a new team. supervisors who dont know people so we wont be able to pick our favorites and all of us will be treated with respect,just not the informers. its sad when an employee goes into the office and tells on another employee just so she can score points, because she thinks she the next coming of a.c. wanna be. trust me your not as good as you think you are. and its always someone elses fault. come on people this blog has been dead lets get something going. dont ease up till a.c. goes skipping

What more do they want from us were gone that should have been good enough.But know to find out they are bad mouthing us when we try to look for work just ask Jake they are now interfering with peoples lively hood. They are bad mouthing us when they find out we might get another job. What more do they want from us they humiliated us in from of our coworkers when Andrea told people that they should not call off because something big was going to happen.She took great pride in that moment.i thought you we all about high interagtey and morales. They might have won for now but this is far from over.this is going to get nasty I have contacted a lawyer about there antics.And if you don't feel the need to stop them then I will have no choose in the matter then go to the next step and defend my self. They are getting to comfortable in their job titles to think anything will happen to them. Remember when you bailed us out the last time you said you felt sorry for us what happened. It's still the same bunch of people running the place. You have a supervisor on 2 nd calling people S.O.B'S and morons. You are looking for some big trouble if let this continue. as usual still nothing has even began to change. i hope that andersen just didnt set us up for another fall. we cant get enough people to even come back because its the same old stuff as before. when the supervisors got to pick and choose who they wanted to keep was appaling. why didnt the hourly people get to tell the real story of how we are intimitated, humilitated, and retalitated against no matter what happens. some reason it is always the hourly employees to blame, like we cant help it if we have nothing to do our jobs with. but we just kept on paying the salaried people. when you new people are listening to a.c. it is just like a puppet hurdling toward failure. what kind of bull does she feed you guys and why do you buy into it? her little goffers run around and tell everyone what she wants them to know. we have had our personel files gone through. enough is enough and now i hear they have a new target they want gone, we need new supervision who dosent know anyone so the favoriteism will stop. its sad to see supervisors suck up to people they talk about just to get information, then they run back and tell miss heffer and she runs and tell her bff and then gossip starts. she is not happy unless trouble is brewing somewhere. if you ever want to make a success of this lets get rid of some management and then maybe we would have a chance.come on brad i know you have heard enough by now to justify firing her and some others.

hey, maybe its a good thing i didnt get called back to work yet, maybe i dont want to come back. i have heard alot of the same things going that went on before. we still have the favoriteism, and retallition, and the same people making decisions as before. i hope andersen is smarter then this. dont they know that it only makes the people want to do less. when you can stand and watch people ,the same people do nothing all the time and others have to do every s*** job there is. the supervisors sure did a 90 degree turn around with their niceness. they blew that straight to hell. it feels like we are back at the concentration camp, waiting for the train. a little niceness goes a long way. i thought it was supposed to be different. well maybei will never know because i doubt if they are going to call me back, i was not on the chosen ones list. i heard they interviewed the supervisors aboot us employees,why dont they ask the employees about the supervisors. but it would get back to them and there goes that get you back attitude. hurry up new guys and lets get some new management people who arent related, or make accusations about her fellow co-workers. my personal information is personal and i would like to keep it that way. the whole place dosent need to know because we have a hacker running a dept. who is to busy doing nothing instead of the job she is supposed to do.

I was an employee of this company for a long while. I've ran into people that always have good and bad stuff to say. The first bad thing that I've heard recently that was Andersen windows bought the place, the reason I'm saying this is because I feel bad for them. There's not many people left there to run andersen profiles, 90% of people have been taught on many other things to run and they can't even run those. The set-up people that r there can't even set-up most of the profile except Gale P. Jerry D. is pretty much retarded unless it's a simple profile like sigma or c-channel. Gale is all you have to hope for since Jeff R. and John C. r gone now. The place will make it also if they get rid of Jack C. That man only praises himself and also Craig S. That is nuts to think C. s. is a supervisor. I'm almost sure Jack is the reason Ron C. gave up cause he couldn't deal with his retardiness. Last thing I have to say is I can tell A. C. the people that talk s**t about her r, first of all IT's B.B. and D.B. also Jack C., Jack F., Ron S. Mo. Apparently they weeded out the right people. I applaud the management, time for new blood eh?. After reading the complaints of the ex-employees, I can now understand why they were fired. And make no mistake guys, you were fired, not layed off. i just heard that c.t.a. laid off untill may 18. then maybe untill longer. what are they going to do? i was in the first batch of people let go and they dont even know from day to day of whos coming and whos going. they change their minds every hour. how are employees supposed to know whats going on when management dont know. this team was the worst ive ever seen there. how can they keep promoting people that cant even do one job, let alone another? i think r.c. just keeps putting the best of the worst in charge that way when this company goes under, he wont take the blame for it. he knows who to make the scape goats. they are to stupid to see it coming. i agree i knew the 2 other people they were talking about,they gave me a head ache. i wanted to run when i seen them coming. two of the biggest babies in there. but, they were trained by the queenbee so what do you expect.she taught them to be followers and to act like her. she did a good job because everyone cant stand them. just like her. i sure hope r.c. wakes up and opens his eyes before it is really to late and a lot of people end up on the street. i hope he knows nothing will be resolved untill his team is gone. maybe he would have people care once again, because they gave up. he nees to stay in the plant and start over.we still havent got rid of the jokers,smokers and parking lot tokers .

I have had some of you people come to my shop and apply for work and I can tell you this I would never hire you people know matter how skilled you are. You need to take a long hard look at yourselves you are the problem. You are childish immature children. You are adults act like it you need to act as team players . Your customers are leaving because of all the game playing. They are paying you to do a job and they expect the best from you. If i were your boss you would all be gone. I see big things for this joint once some more of the dead weight is gone. D. S. was insane if he thought he could be an operator. I'd pick him over L.P though. If she's a p-3, than he should've been a p-4. I love everytime I here that more people have been let go cause that just goes to show that they r finally watching who likes to work and who doesn't. The fab 7 would definetly be my pick to keep and run this place including myself. They are the only people that really don't say much except Scotts union bashing all the time, but I think the place will be just fine. Once everyone is knocked down to the level they should be at, and it's going to happen. Don't let L.P. tell you different. Read you contract. It says that they can demote you if you can't do the job. Like L.P. I think K.L. should of been made a P3 along with B.G. a long time ago. They can ran all line and do a better job than L.p/ J.b/ R.h/ and T.d. The supervisors have been keeping tabs on how good u run your line how long it takes for you to do a break down and all the other good stuff. The place is going to be a great place to work again once these things happen and the union is gone. Right S.A.

I didn't mention one thing about a.c. you retard. I will keep management out of this whole thing because none of this is their fault. How can you blame them for the terrible job you do. I can't beleive you think K. L. is a bad operator. If you want a bad operator look at L. P. That woman breaks down everthing she runs. Takes her 5 to 6 hours to do a break down on center astragal. Thats sad. Whomever you r loser, I bet your not much better. I heard everyone is going to have to take the test that Ron had A.C. make up. I bet 95% of the people working he won't pass. Except for the ones i mentioned before. K.L. is a way better operator then u L.P. It's not hard to figure that one out. People here think that she's everyones friend, wrong. She talks behind all of our backs. I had a few drinks with someone that used to work here that ran into L. P. He said that L.P. thinks the union is just taking our money also but she's to scared to say anything about it cause some people would be upset with her. Who cares. The union isn't doing anything here like I said before. Figure it out. You union dues every month x the number of people working here x 12month x 4years. and what do we get. notta. Look at GM. going down down down. I know I said S.A. was among my to 7, but he is one of the most balless people that work here also. He is a great operator and pc, but he talks so much crap about the other p-3's and than acts like there buddies. Even bashes the union, but I like that. Except I don't no if he is really a union person or not. it just has to go or everyones job is going to go. Thats a fact. When we didn't have a union here the place was fine. Since it's been here the place has never picked up, got any new business, nothing. Blame the union. Most company's don't have unions no a days. The union is a thing of the past. Do some research tards. This place will never get anywhere with the union here and L.P being a P-3. L.P. writes most of the stuff on here cause she tells me about it almoost everyday. The company pulled another fast with the union.How can L.P do her job when you have a back stabber like A.C keeping her out of the loop when we are laid off. You people need to get your heads out of your a** and ask Ron why he has the supervisors doing your jobs when your on lay off and quit blaming L.P . SO ask Ron next time we are laid off how many people in management will be doing your jobs. Oh i forgot he dont have the balls to talk to us grow a pair already Ron.

first of all you people need to get your information straight from someone who has more than an eighth grade education. dont trust any one who whistles when he talks, he might spit on you. if anyone really wanted to know what happened to mo, she was not demoted,the great turtle would not let her do her job. the union had to fight to get her job back. trust me, if she would have slept with the turtle she would have been promoted to vice president. thats what we hear how a q, c, mooo cow got her job. now thats shes cutting up johns clothes for rags so she can save the compant money. maybe some day she can move to conn. and be the mistress. lori peck cant be blamed because management cant do their job. her hands are tied because thunder from down wants to call all the shots. she wants to be important in her own mind. if she worked a little harder instead of sittin or kneeling all day, maybe her thighs wouldnt spark when she walks. who died and left the scam artist boss? lets all buy jack and her knee pads or maybe a threesome would advance their careers faster.

First issue I have with c.t.a and the union is why is Mo making operator rate when she was demoted from her job. This is totally wrong and I'm definitley dropping a line to the regional u.a.w. office. Lori is suppose to represent all of us and not play little games behind our backs. If Jack C. wouldn't of told some people on second this would of never been known. I've been a utility for along time now and think that all the utility people need paid just ass much as her. Second issue I have is why did we hire another engineer guy making big bucks and still keep Epsy. He doesn't even have a clue what is going on in this place. Look at 200 series, trying to run for 3 years now, still garbage. Is this c.e.o of ours ever going to wake up and turn this place around. If he is, he needs to do something fast cause we are not going to make it without taking pay cuts. That's right I said it. We all no that over half the p3 people don't deserve to make minimum wage, alot of the p2 people should probably be looking for jobs cause u see what happened to the utlility people. and last but not least, J.c and his boy C.S should be out. All they do is talk crap about Bob.s and Jake. Even saying that Ron should of kept Tracy her to run the place. I don't know about that, but it couldn't be any worse. Well people we need to stick together that's why we have a union, but with L.P. going behind our backs and letting Mo make more then the outher utiltiys is wrong. How bout the shutdown allowing less senior people to work and she won't do nother about it, bull****. Lori P is a big rip off, that's why her name has been mentioned so many times on here, along with Mo the other ripoff artist, along with our great Ron C the biggest one of all. I don't see this place being here much longer unless something big happenes in the nxt few weeks. Go Obama.

Are you serious? Bob did nothing for the company but rip it off. What did he do? Everyone needs to wake up and smell the coffee here. This is not a game this is our lives. Bob was making a lot of money to stroll around and do nothing and i can asure everyone that if his lazy a** was still here more of us would be gone. Thank God we all still have a job, even if it is part time!!! Everyday thousands of people loose there job.And i think Bob was let go for reasons he creatyed on his own.Believe me he was not our ticket to the promised land!

just read about the great one at it again. how many people does he want to work for him? hope he can laugh all the way to the poor farm. lets hire more salaried people and lay off production people. great business move. why dont you just bring all of them out of their cushy chairs and let them work in resin with no gloves and see how long they last. they couldnt begin to do what your hourly people do. i got a better idea for you r.c. pull your turtle neck over your head and maybe youl will smother yourself. come out of your office and get your pretty little hands dirty.
