Complicated sales practices

A few weeks passed and suddenly we get a phone call about billing. The only contact infor mation the buyer could find was the one on our shipping label. After explaining we simply drop shipped the products (which they were VERY happy with) they apologized for contacting us irate about a billing issue.
After looking into this company's history online, and checking with the BBB to see they have an F rating, we will never NEVER do business with them again, or any of their Renamed shell companies.
As far as we're concerned, if they don't have contact information on the website like every other professional business operating on the internet, then they seem to be trying to hide from customer (and potential business contacts) complaints.
And reading through their business policies we're astounded. They will cut off communication with anyone complaining or using vulgar language? Really? Do they realize their own "Retail Operations" responses violate those policies?
So lets recap, they use other companies to drop ship (not a big deal, happens all the time) but fail to provide contact information, their website has NO contact information, and if you complain they stop communication and SUE?
In our opinion, an all around bad business model has been put into effect and is bound to catch up with them at some point. And simply changing your business name will only hide your from the bad reputation for so long.
Our advice, keep the name and start making some serious PROFESSIONAL business policy changes. Deal with dissatisfied customers as best you can, and stop threatening people with legal action. Legal action should be used as a LAST resort, not your first response to any problem. One day your going to do that to a lawyer and the only thing he's going to do is grin and start setting out the silverware for dinner.

I was wondering if this was just a one time mistake happening to me, but to see the author went through the same exact situation, it can't be just a coincidence.
So make your own conclusions and if anyone wants to contact me personally to verify my sincerity, let me know. Thanks.

He makes a claim that he didnt get anything whatsoever and then a tracking number and delivery is shown. It was purchased it was shipped it was delivered. Period. He makes claims that he never got the product and there's a tracking number showing he received it.

For everyone else's enjoyment the new registrant domain info on the new entity dellpartsnmore.com The fact that there is NO VALID MAILING ADDRESS would appear to confirm this is a fraud. Wonder if Dell would be happy about them using their name to commit a scam like this. If they are in fact a REAL Dell partner which I doubt, well let's just say I'm happy to bring it to the attention of the appropriate people at Dell who I know personally.

I wouldn't have ordered this, but had passed it along to my secretary who dutifully ordered it. When we were 3 weeks without any communication or product, we went back to contact the company. Guess what? No contact information.
This just seems to be a shady way to do business, and the rebuttals above speak volumes about the quality of customer service one can expect. I would shy away from this "company" ever again. I will post an update later as to the quality and functionality of the dirty, sticker-residue covered part that I received.
Sites have mutliple redundancy that say the same thing over and over again, and yet in this example it goes in through one ear and out the other. Mainly because there's nothing in his head thats why it was so easy to go from one ear in and the other out.
There's same artists left and right falsifying false non receipt of merchandise and then wow mysteriously we post the tracking number and signatures that prove these con artists otherwise. Idiots like this person, cost companies money in chargebacks, they make lie after lie saying they never knew how to contact a company, etc.
In regards to this idiot, it was your actions that initiate the actions of our company, after being informed over 10 times or more, you still did it. As a result there's the consequence. You dont bother contacting a company to resolve things in a professional manner, you figure you'll call your credit card company and let them resolve your problem from there. From that point, your telling us you are seeking 3rd party arbitration and wish to no longer resolve things in a way. We have a legal right to seek damages for actions taken against our company.
When you enter into a legal and blinding contract guess what - it gets enforced. You stop paying for your car it gets repo'd, you dont pay your mortage you get evicted. Credit card companies charge merchants a non refundable fee for buyer's filing chargebacks, so we are not going to stand by and let someone's actions especially this idiot get away with it. There's a support site which he knew about and he could of only gotten that from our emails. The so called documents he had to sign when entering our support site, are only a reminder of the orignal terms and conditions of the sale, in which he agreed before the checkout and when placing his information at the time of checkout. He said he had read and agreed to the terms and conditions and under those terms is what we were willing to sell the item to him under. The policies where stated, the fees where disclosed ahead of time, he had stated to us he had agreed and read it, he went to go violate these terms, hense we took action that was stated with the terms.
So what does he do, he posts a false BS complaint trying to discredit our company. Him and other like him will be sued for slander - and yes Hunt its coming!

Files this BS slanderous comment about our company, and yes Angelo your going to hear from our attorney's for slander. The item was delivered prior to filing this BS report :
Riverside, CA, United States UPS #1ZV0603Y0395239559
04/26/2011 5:34 P.M. Delivered
Those fees you so called are complaining about are clearly stated in the company policies prior to making any purchase, you agreed to the terms before and again after the checkout process. The policies where displayed point blank in your face at the end of the checkout as well. So dont give me any of your BS lies. You signed 2 documents that clearly stated it on our support site. It was your actions and your actions alone that got you sent to a collection agency in the first place. You clearly knew about ahead of time and still did it.
Then you get the product and go on BSing your way on this site. You will be sued for slander!
