CompuCredit, Aspire Visa, TSYS, Synovus, CB&T Don't like what they're doing? WRITE A LETTER... Atlanta Georgia

CompuCredit issues the ubiquitous Aspire Visa, among hundreds of others, but in order to really get to the root of your problem (which is the same problem I have with them, i.e., they call constantly asking for someone who doesn't live here), you must write an angry--but very professional (no bad words or character assasinations)--letter to the people who really matter...the COOs or Chief Operating Officers. Complaining to the managers is like yelling at a rock. It won't get you anywhere and you just end up being more frustrated.

So, write your letter and make four copies. Send them to:

Aspire Visa is owned by CompuCredit, which is owned by TSYS, which is owned by Synovus. These are the main guys and they all know each other and if they get enough complaints about this stuff--harrassing phone calls, etc.--then things might actually change.

So write them....it'll only take you about a half-hour or 45 minutes and it'll go a long way towards making you feel like you're complaining to the RIGHT people. Good Luck!
