I faxed CompuServe about the situation. America Online, being maybe only online.., I managed to email them"thru the cracks" to report their unscrupulous facts. They answered "automatically" that they would answer within 24 hours. I waited then I took my watch in for repair...
I took advise from my bank and they recommended I close the account those two cyber-moguls are using.
