i did like the compusa in the store but i dont shop there any more why there are 2 black and 1 latino guard there right and they harrash me,friend, and even my girlfriend and one of them son of a bi**c even ask my girl for her number i'm 6'1 but they are like 6'5" to 6'9" and trust if did when down i being on the losing of the stick
let me tell what they do:i shopping for some junk " is a slang that i use to buy new thing " dont ask !
any so looking around i know that this black guy is following me around even outside the restroom is like WTF !
so i got my thing ad let but i got worst and worst so i told te manager and his responce is he "observing " watching me taking a piss is observing " i told him that wrong for what your store do but you know what he lost a customer and not all the 2 other dude will say cat call and even say nasty thing to her so we continue walk to my car
this store run the racise,harrashment,no customer service,no management service, and even saying that s*** to my girl who gave birth to my daughter this is wrong VERY wrong

and also why doing compusa join best buy hey that and GREAT ideal you can both be the most horrable store in the new york areas !
no customer service
no service support
you both hired ex fellon as security guard
the management dont give a s*** about the no 1 customer " they only care about the big $$$$$ "
crappy salepeople
so let recap " omg " both your company do suck !

Hello, I am a current employee of this store, and have been for over a year. I must say that I personally know all of the security guards who work there, and I know they would never do any of the things you mentioned. Neither the guards or the employees are rascist, nor do they harass customers.
The only reason a guard would follow a customer is if they have reason to believe the customer has stolen an item, and no guard is allowed to follow a customer inside the bathroom, or stand outside. And no guard or employee would ever say anything disrespectful to a woman, or ask for her phone number, as you claim. I beleive you are wildly exaggerating your story, or just making it up. Either way, no one should beleive that this kind of thing happens at this store. Thank you.
