Compuserve Internet Service Provider is a consumer fraud ripoff; they grossly overcharging my card. Cleveland, Ohio

For 4 months they hugely overcharged my deit card for amounts as high as $157.00 a month, in turn this caused my bank account to overdraw. Compuserve agreed that due to a Quote "gliche in their computer that they cannot explain" and agreed to credit over $207.00 in overcharges back to my account.
But the overdraws that this caused cost me $150.00 in overdraft charges by my bank which Compuserve refuses to refund to me. This was a problem with their system that wiped out my account, and I am unemployed and cannot afford to lose 150.oo bucks.
They admitted their error but only partially compensated me for price that their mistake cost me. I am canceling Compuserve and looking for service that does not require access to my bank or credit card.
