i signed up for this school and took the online test. i passed. i went into the school and sat in the class for maybe 10min. then was taken into another class were they gave me along with someothers the sales pitch. it was good i must say. i was sold. a carrer in 6 months WOW. on orientation day i was given a book and told to do homework online . i did and it was all basic stuff wow a carrer is all i kept thinking. WELL school starts and it is NOTHING like they say nothing like the 1st book they gave us to do. this is completly diffrent and fast past. this was not for a person like me. it is for a person who is familiar with this field. not someone with basic computer skills as they advertise. YES the teachers did say they will help but it was to fast paced there was no time. i took the 1st test and failed . and yes i stayed in this class Thinking it will turn out ok. until i failed that test and looked more into the school and found out how it really works, ther get you into this HIGH priced loan, you go to class and they try to teach you however not everyone is at the same level. they zoom throught the books and you test weither you fail or pass they just keep going well that is just too fast and after signeing your stuck with a loan and really not learing anything at all. and they just keep going. well i dropped out and now i'm stuck with a 13,000.00 loan with sally may that i have no clue how i will pay. i called the school and spoke to the director Erick Pryor to returning the unuised books i have. he said he will look in to and call me back. Never heard back from him i left him 2 msg and still nothing. if anyone out there know how i can get out of this loan please help me. i got scammed and i want to go to school how ever how can i now that i have to pay this loan i wont be able to get another to get back to school. HELP

I am a fellow student of Computertraining.com (Schaumburg Campus) and I know for a fact that ComputerTaining.com is not a Rip-off. I started the course knowing that this was going to give me a new career, and I knew I would have to put forth exceptional effort to get it done. I started this class with little to no experience in the computer field. The class does move fast, but if you put forth the effort and study, as well as use the resources they provide you anyone can pass and come out with their certifications and a new career. Even if you don't pass all of your exams they are still there to support you and help you in any way they can to either help you pass exams or get a job, even after you graduate. It all depends on how much effort you want to put into the course, which ultimately leads to how well you succeed... isn't that life in a nutshell. Don't you have to put forth effort to do anything you want to do? You cannot just sit around and hope you get a great career.
The trainers at computer training are excellent. They are always in early, stay late, and make themselves available every other Saturday to help you. If you felt that you were falling behind or struggling then you should have used the resources that were right there in front of you. Like I said I started with little to no experience, I was a teacher before going to ComputerTraining. I wanted to change my career for the better. I started the classes and put forth the effort needed to pass, which included studying everyday and going in early as well as going in on Saturdays to get extra help, and now I have my MCSA and a GREAT job!!!. After receiving my first certification I sat down with their Job placement staff and worked on my resume and within 11 weeks of starting the class I had my new career, and within the 6 months I had all of my certifications they provided which was my MCTS, MCP, and MCSA. You should have known that a class that only takes 6 months to complete was going to move fast and that you were going to have to put forth a lot of effort to pass. They even advertise that you need to be highly motivated and willing to put forth the effort and time to study, so you knew that this course was going to be a lot of work and take a lot of effort on your part.
As a graduate of Computertraining.com I would HIGHLY recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a new career in the IT field, and is willing to put forth the time and effort to get it done. This school not only teaches you the required knowledge to get certified but they also teach you real life situations that you will run into, as well as the hands on experience you will need. They provide excellent support to all students, even those who have graduated! I am sorry you are out on the money side but if you would have stuck with it instead of quitting you would have seen that the money is well worth the final outcome! Someone great once said, "Successful leaders have the courage to take action where others hesitate." In my opinion you should have taken leadership of your life, your career, and put forth the effort to use one heck of a great opportunity that was standing at your doorstep.
