Ordered from Concept Lens to be delivered to Switzerland. No package for a whole month. Received notice from post office that a package was arrived from Malaysia! (ordering form UK) which had extra charges. Had to pay service charges and customs because package was not properly declared, this is what transpired:

I still have not received my order. I did receive, however, a customs letter from the post office of a package from Malaysia which states that the package was improperly declared. I will not pay additional charges that was acquired by this error. I am irritated by the lack of professionalism of your company. Since I have still not received my order made on July 29, I would like you to cancel my order and refund my money.

To Whom It May Concern,

The addtional charge was 48.75 CHF (28.28 GBP). Here is the receipt.
Since there wasn't proper paperwork on the package, the package was
opened. Furthermore, the paperwork only listed the items but not the
cost. Please let me know when this amount has been reimbursed.

The registered owner of the company is supposed to be Samatha Lim

Stay away from this company, they will rip you off.
