I ordered contactlenses from Company Conceptlens by 19/01/2010.

I had technical issue when I ordered and I sent e-mail to them.

they supposed to contact to customer in 12hours.

I sent many e-mails,never replied to me.

I asked cancel this order still no reply.

after I cancelled the order,they updated status to in transit.but no tracking detail.

I'm still waiting for the parcel.

I paid 100.

Do Not Buy anything from this company!

 I have order contact lenses from this company and still didnt recieve anything from them, how it is possible that noone is checking if the websire is safe and you can buy from it.

 It is terrible for those websites to even exsist because they just taking money without giving what was ordered.

 Please do something with this issue because if not i will take it to the court.
