I received a confirmation from Pay Pal that ConceptLens received my payment:

I still have not received item, and it is still PROCESSING.
I have sent emails asking the status of my order.
The company does not respond to my emails.
They received payment but did not send me items!!
This is what they claim for their customer service:
"We provide round the clock service, manned by our well trained staff to answer any of your questions. All enquiries are answered within 12-hours time or less."
However, they have not responded to my enquiry emails at all!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Also, there is no telephone number to contact them, only an email address.
Scam website, perhaps?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
