So the necklace was a symbolic jesture for her journey. They shipped the wrong necklace by the time my cousin sent me a picture of what the necklace looked like to my surprise it was not the necklace that I ordered. I called the company & they said someone would be getting back to me within 24 hours but it took 6 days before I got a call.  Holmes Pennsylvania

I purchased a necklace for my cousin who is going through Chemo. So the necklace was a symbolic jesture for her journey. They shipped the wrong necklace by the time my cousin sent me a picture of what the necklace looked like to my surprise it was not the necklace that I ordered. I called the company & they said someone would be getting back to me within 24 hours but it took 6 days before I got a call. In the mean time I talked to my cousin & she said oh no I really like this necklace but I was totally disappointed because it was not the necklace I ordered & wanted her to have.

I talked to Brianna manager of customer service at the company & all she could tell me is send the necklace back & they will send her the right necklace. I told her that is not going to work because my cousin is sick & she does like the necklace so she is satisfed (because it was a gift to her) but I am NOT satisfied because that is NOT what I purchased. Any other company that cares about their customer would be like I am so sorry how about if we give you a credit & you can purchase something else, not well I am giving you a solution to "YOUR" situation.

It's NOT MY situation! I didn't send out the wrong product you did!!!!!! They don't care, all they care about is the MONEY!!! It wouldn't be so bad if it was a $10-$20 item but I paid almost $60. for the piece. Give me a credit for you mistake & that will help but she said I am trying to get money out of them when all my cousin has to do is send the necklace back & they will send out the right necklace. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company as well!!!!!!!!!! Austin, TX

 The customer service ppl are correct, YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO SCAM THEM!! You dont DESERVE a credit. Mistakes happen. They offered to fix the mistake, but your cousin is happy with the gift. If they do not send the original necklace back, how can they issue YOU a credit. No company in existance is going to allow you to keep the necklace AND then give you a credit. Thats just not how business works.

What you need to understand is that YOUR SITUATION doesnt qualify for ANY type of credit. By asking for the credit because YOUR unhappy only goes to show two things. Exactly how cheap you REALLY are. And it goes to show your self entitled attitude. Your cousin is happy with the gift. Stick with that. Let that be your happy thought of the day.

You really need to get over yourself there princess. YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT!!! Just because they made a mistake and offered to rectify the situation, doesnt mean that YOU DESERVE ANYTHING EXTRA!! Im sure they apologized to you. But YOU ATTEMPTED TO SCAM THEM. Consider yourself lucky that I wasnt there in that call center. Had you attempted to solicite me for a scam credit, I would have called the cops in your area using a reverse number look up to point them right to you.

Just because you spent some money is no reason to attempt to scam them. The reason WHY they wont give you a credit stares at you from the mirror everyday. Customers like you who THINK they deserve more then they do and attempt childish retalatory actions like attempting to blackmail/extort them on the web. They are smarter then that. And when someone like me points out that YOU are the scammer, it tends to point out both the flaws in your argument and show you for what you are. A SCAMMER ATTEMPTING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING!
