Concorde Group, Inc. Investors Left Hanging Omaha Nebraska

Several investors in the Concorde Group, Inc. were made promises by Robert Owens and Dr. Craig Zabala to entice them to invest large sums of money in Concorde. Promises included substantial appreciation on their investment, and free tradability on U.S. securities markets. The investors were told that they could invest on a pre-IPO basis, so that when the stock went public, at a higher offering price, they would achieve significant returns on their investment.

None of these promises have come true. Some of the investors have put themselves in financial difficulty because of their investment in Concorde. When the stock was finally issued, the stock was restricted. While it appears that the stock may be listed for trading on a foreign exchange, it appears that there is no trading volume for Concorde. The investors have made numerous attempts to contact Dr. Zabala and Robert Owens about their investment in the company. Both have been elusive at best, and non-responsive to the investors' concerns.
