We noticed it in September.
We spoke with their serve 1-888 number. We were told we ordered it in May. We did not. All my wife recalls is ordering in May was a senior citizen discount on our phone bill upon receiving a call from someone purporting to be from ATT.
You guessed it. ATT says that call was not from them. They have no such plan.
We were promised a refund for September and August, with a 24 hour email confirmation. We were given an email address to send a request for all payments to be refunded.
You guessed it: no refund confirmation, no response from emailed request.
