Connolly plastering and stucco was contracted by the builder to install stucco on our home. Had leaks since day one and now after 6 years and much research are discovering the issues are related to improper installation of stucco. After a full moisture test, we now have mold inside the walls of our home. Connolly wont even return a call. Any contractor who refuses to help when it is related to their own workmanship is not trustworthy. His web site claims a 10 year warranty on stucco remediation???? How is it he cant warranty his original work??? I guess it is better if he gets paid twice for something which is his fault!
Stay away from any contractor which cant back his work!! Words are cheap. Lawyers are expensive and the laws seem to protect these scammers who like to rip people off.
