warranty service is (HORRIBLE)

i bought a washer dryer set on 1/6/14 set a delivery date for 1/12/14. Delivery was made washer/dryer set up.

washed my first load of clothes washer worked great. on to the dryer it barley heats up and it blows the lint inside the dryer not in to the lint trap, now i notice mositure behind the digital control panel and led lights! and my clothes did not dry they was damp and a huge puddle of water in the lower storage draw from mositure from the damp clothes this dryer can not dry. total of 2 1/2 hours to dry a small load (OMG) my old dryer dried clothes in about 20 miuntes.

1/18/14 customer serivce was contacted about the malfunctioning dryer.i was on hold for 20 minutes,then i got to talk to a human and explained the problem. the woman handing the  call told me my dryer should not be doing that it it sounds defective. she told me i would receive a call from warranty/repair  support with in 72 hours. after 72 hours no return phone call so i called them i get a rude lady on the phone. she says i see a open repair/warranty ticket! i asked her when a repair person will come fix my dryer i need it.her response was we ware having toruble finding a SERVIVE PROVIDER IN YOUR AREA! are you kidding me there is a lot of appliance repair companys near my house.

i contacted the store manager he could care less was his attitude he gave me song & dance how he could not replace my dryer with another new unit and i have to wait on the warranty people. so in the mean time i have no dryer and i can not  wash my family clothes due to no dryer.   

they are real nice to you in the store and once the sale ends the service ends also, i never felt so violated in my life i heard people say good things about Conns and serivce and warranty/product support. its all a (JOKE) to get you to spend money in there store or finace your products once you sign the contract you got screwed over,the extended warranty and product warranty help does not exist in this company do not buy form Conns they suck and warranty is awful and no help. this sotre is located at 7301 S Pennsylvania Ave in Oklahoma city ok 73159.

the sales lady was real nice and helpful but the store manager could care less about my problem. no help no warranty support  and no option to return the washer/dryer and void the finacing out...do your self a favor avoid at all cost this place preys on people that need help or need new appliances or electronics.

when they offer to give you a mail in rebate for delivery cost it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund of 79$ that's a joke also my wife bought some stuff from Conns in november 2013 still no 79$ refund.
