This action had to have taken place between the dates of 2000-2004. I have filed a law suit against Conseco Finance for this action. We are looking for more victims to possibly file a class action suit on behalf of all customers, which have been violated. Example of action: Calling your work or place of business, disclosing personal and untrue statements to fellow workers or emplyees, etc. Please call if you feel you have experienced any wrongful "Unfair Collections Act."
