Conseco - GreenTree ripoff St Paul Minnesota

I have purposely used an AKA so I do not get tracked so easily. Conseco, also and covertly converted to GreenTree Servicing LLC, apparently absorbed Consecos CH 11 9.2 Billion...That's with a "B". I was the loan holder through Conseco. I never got a letter, and never heard they were in trouble. My mortgage was through their Manufacturede Home lending in Seattle,WA. (now they can find me). Befor I signed the contract with Conseco, I was adamant that the contract be assumable by ANY qulified and or pre-qualified buyer. I found suvh a buyer to take on the fairly large mortgage with a good down. I notified Conseco, loan officer Linda...no last names were allowed to be given to us loan holders. I informed her of the good new that I had a buyer. She told me that Conseco/she was not honoring assumptions at that time. I called back...wass rerouted many times...got back to "Linda". Les than friendly, she said she would and could not help. This went on for a long while. Perhaps 3 months while I tld buyer to hang in there, I was tryig. Conseco refused to cooperate. They won out in Ch 11 court with the help of GreenTree. Now, I had enthusiasticly already bought another home in another state feeling pretty certain that this issue could be resolved. It was not. I called "Linda in Seattle at Conseco telling her I could not make 2 house payments any longer, that I had to let this one go. So...now GreenTree steps in and earned interest or capital gains of about 140,000.00 Now IRS threatens to stop my SSI. They also want me to file my 1099 for SSI by 17th of Feb. or, they can and will freeze my bank accts.

This is TERRORISM...FRAUD...and, it seems they are being backed by a tax poor IRS. I need representation. I am 100% disabled Veteran...can never work again, and take care of elderly ill mother. I have been reduced to a singlewide dented up mobile home, from a palacial home on a private lake, all because GreeTree posing as Conseco imposed new illegal rules, including BREACH of contract on people like me who could not get through to Conseco for the assumtion to take place. And, Financially, I was going bankrupt with the two house payments.

GreenTree is the most satanistic, dark, evil, peutrid, lawbreaker I have ever encountered in the business world. I did not sign a contract with GreenTree Servicing LLC.

I should have had a chance...civil liberty to be heard...to win over these thugs. Any help out there? I called everyone except I do not have God's phone number. Eene the Atty Gen of WA says they cannot help as they are not a BANK with letters NA after their name. Need help desperately, little funds.
