Construct Data Publishers Fairguide deceptive and fraudulant scam to list on their web site Bratislava Slovakia

In Sept 2012 I received a letter and misleading form from this company (Construct Data Publishers A.S., Suche Myto 1- 811 03, Bratislava, Slovakia) regarding a listing on their web site www.fairguide.com as an exhibitor at certain art trade shows. The form inferred that a free listing was available but to verify information on the form that presumably they had obtained from the Show organizers. I am an artist that several years ago did exhibit at art trade shows in the US but no longer do that. I filled out the form so noting that I no longer exhibited. In October 2012 I received a bill for the $1717 which they claim I authorized in signing the form. I immediately responded by email that that was not the case and did not want to be on their site and that the form was
signed only to indicate I did not exhibit any longer and not to authorize the advertisement.  They have continued to dun me for the payment each month with interest and dunning fees added.

 Each time I responded by email that I did not order the advertisement and would not pay the amount and to remove me from their site and to stop dunning me for the payment. I today received the latest dun
notice with a threat of legal action if not paid in 14 days. I do not intend to pay anything to these people. I have filed a complaint with the US Trade Commission and reported the fraud to the US Postal Service and the US Embassy in Bratislava.

After researching this issue I have found I am only one of many that have been victims of this deceptive practice and scam
