I purchased two LivingSocial vouchers and and made two appointments with them. Both vouchers were for 6 hours of cleaning (which for my 808sf studio would have made it REALLY clean). The first cleaning was not 6 hours worth and none of the services I requested were done.
The second cleaning was better but I was charged $90.95 for it and was told that it was a "deep cleaning".
Since I have had no reply from Pure Productive (Consuelo E. Quevedo or Gabrielle Loren), I have been appealing this charge with my bank since April. However long it takes, I am determined that these underhanded people will not see a nickel of my money.
Shame on them.
