After looking on the internet I found that this same scam was run from the same address under the name SIRS or Sweepstakes Information Recovery System.
Whatever you do stay away from both these sweepstakes. If you live in Kansas I found a protection hotline that you can call, 1-800-432-2310, it was began by the Kansas Attorney General and it is called the consumer protection hotline.
I will try to keep all my information updated and let all of you know what I find out.
