Consumer Depot sold me a new 47 inch tv and come to find out it was refurbise, and needs a new digital board nashville, Tennessee

i had purchased a 47 inch Sanyo 1080p LCD tv from Consumer Depot 2 months ago. this tv was sold to as a new product which had all the paper work, remote and ect. i didnt purchase there warranty because it was a new tv and normally you dont expect a tv to go out so quickly. Well all of a sudden the tv would have problems turning on, until it finally went out. so i called the manufactor Sanyo and ask them what could be the problem since i was under the inpression that this was a new tv, most companies would have a one year warranty on them. So the person from Sanyo ask me for the serial number for the DP47840C MODEL.

When i gave it to them the person from Sayno said i can't help you because the serial number you gave me is for a re-furbish tv, i said what!!!!!!! i have called to ask with the manager and no one would come to the phone. So now i am out of $580 dollars i spent on a tv that i had thought was new. If the store would have told this was a refurbished tv, i wouldn't have bought it. I called a tv repair man and the problem that the tv has is a bad digital board which was rigged in the tv, according to the tv repair guy. Now it's going to cost me $220 dollars extra to get this fix. I spent $800 in total for a REFURBISHED TV... NOW THATS INSANE... this company cannot countinue to scam people out of there hard earn money and not disclose that there are defects on there products.
