If you can use the internet to complain about this company that ripped you off then why can't you use it as a learning tool?  I'm suprised you people wouldn't take the time to learn about credit cards and interest rates.  Why would you put another 900 or so on a credit card if you were trying pay off the balance?  Oh yea where do I sign up so I can give all my account numbers over the phone to somone I don't know?  God forbid you people look up anything that has to do with resolving debt issues.  1000 dollars to negotiate better interest rates on your behalf.  If stupidity was a felony you guys would be doing some serious time in prison.  I can't believe you used the internet to complain rather look up some sort of debt resolution.  They never should have done away with labotomys.  By the way I am a certified debt specialist.

my name is ms. josephena hood my fiancee jose rios is also here responding to this company ! there is no damn do not call list they will just keep calling and calling and calling 48-72 hours are you kidding me...........if they wanted to they could actually go into the main and remove the info but they dont! when you are in a telemarketing room there are different stages as to  what position you hold in a company fronter <the person that makes the call to you > capper<the one that steals your credit card info and badgers you into saying yes> manager<just a really old fronter with no skills for the position> while you are being charged sometimes up to 1500 for a fake service that you can do on your own by simpley calling your credit card company these representatives are not even bringing home enough to feed their childern makeing only $7.00 a hour below minimum wage tell me how that works????????? think about it even if they only take 895.00 dollars out of your account and the sell 30 of them a day which they dont its more like 55-60 including dayshift and night shift .......not including all there other branche but let just say they only sold 30 a day at 895.00 a peice that is 26,850 now multipley that by 6 days which is what they work and that is 161,100 now can someone please tell me that with money like that coming in who is actually seeing it because it is not the employees and its deffinitly not the customers money any longer so who has the money?you will never recieve a refund , you will always get a voicemail just please read this and fully understand i have given you my full name i have nothing to hide do not give  your credit card number out over the phone! these people are liers cheaters decievers they will take your money and run do you even know how many names these people have had i know of 2 off hand because i worked for both financial freedom resources and now financial educational services what next? this time me and my fiancee where working for one of there branch offices they came in on thursday with full knowledge obviously that our pay day was friday promised us our pay and a phone call to each of us individually and promised that we would all still have jobs come monday .........well here is is 1 1/2 months later no job with their company.........no phone call ever....................and no pay they had us work for them while our childern sat in daycare and christmas right around the corner and stole 2 weeks pay from both me and my fiancee now really with a min. of 161,100 from just one office the couldnt afford to pay there employees who were faithfull to them where never  late for work and always got the job done from 9-5! if anyone  knows what we can do to get the money this company owes to us please feel free to email me at (((Redacted))) lets works together to get these supposidly licenced people outta there , you can not obtain a telemarketing licence with a criminal history of theft and over 80% off there corrporation including myself and my fiancee have been arrested for theft again just being bold blunt and honest! those people do not care about you all they care about who they are sleeping with next in that big old fest pool of theives !

I hate to give you the bad news. But you and every other person who bought into this company's line of crap will never recieve a refund. On 12-7-09 43 employees  were let go. At this time remaining phone solicitors were moved into the area where customer service reps and the so called Financial Advisors and the consultants perform the their daily tasks. After listening to many calls customer service dept recieved and listening closely to the conversations. CFAB owes many many people refunds . And these so called licensed and trained consultants and financial advisors call you and pretend to deliver you a service that you paid for. What you have paid for you can do yourself. As of now CFAB cannot get your rates lowered. BOA is posting CFAB as fraudulent company. BOA is actually calling consumers and warning them against CFAB after charge has been made on their credit cards. And as far as rebuttal #2 coming from the owner. One of his flunky's posted that. this man does not care what happens to anyone. He just returned to his home in Maryland after vacationing in Hawaii for 2 weeks. He looks at it this way. CFAB is saling a product. This product consist of a binder with clients name member ID number fill in the blank numbers with your information. With colorful bargrahs and liturature he looked up on the internet.OH! you will recieve 2 cds. This company has no respect for it's  Customers. It does not even have respect for it's remaining employees. In which when it came time to recieve our pay check yesterday we all were told at 5:30 we would not recieve our pay checks, until Monday. Despite the fact that Todd Meyers (and that is another story) told the phone solicitors on 12-10-09 that 300,000.00 had been released from the processor and Bryan Mitchell (owner)was at the bank depositing the money. Not to mention that this is a dog eat dog company. And the men and women that they have as supervisors are treacherous. Liars and manipulators. You want your money call the Fla Department of agriculture and Fla Attorney General. Stay on these agencies until you get your complaint resolved. This company is a potential tax write off. It has lost millions of dollars. Owner will try to recoup some of the loses...ACT NOW!!!!!!!

I never said this was a debt consolidation.  It was a program that was suppose save you in interest.  When I received the paper work, I realized it was something I could have figured out myself (payment plan to get your balance down faster) and I had to pay 895.00 for it.  I have even talked to Terri and she has no answer for me either.  This company is a joke and it has proven to be just that by many others.

As a matter of fact most of you don't even know what your interest rates are because you get your statement, pay your payment and throw the statement away without even looking at it. People need to be more wise when it comes to their credit cards.
