Consumer First sent me an acceptance letter in the mail for a $5000.00 credit card. The one-time membership fee was $45.00, and the rush was $4.00 more. There is no phone# or street address. But the back of the check where the endorsement goes has " Deposit only" with the numbers 001147064. " Carolina 1st is the name of the bank it was deposited in. Can anyone help me get my money back?
