I got suspicious when I did not see anything about the %APR after the initial alleged 0%, no rules and regulations, no pages of fine print with special laws for different states, not even a claim which kind of card it was (Master, VISA, Discover, WHAT???).
The next thing was them talking about "terms and conditions included in your membership package". Membership? What f'ing membership? I thought I was getting a credit card?
And last, but not least: "you may use your platinum card immediately upon receipt for all purchases from credit provider." Ok..that is either really bad English, or you can use the card only to buy things from THEM. Either way you look at it, they are trying to make people think that they are offering a legitimate credit card (Master or VISA) and they are NOT.
Beware!!!!!
Is there any other place we can report them? Any legal actions we can take?
