I encourage everyone to do as I have and file a complaint with the better buisness bureau. It is obvious we all have the internet so do your self a favor and email them on www.bbb.org and file your complaint online or call or whatever you choose to do.

Just make sure we continue to take action against this company. I am really disgusted with them.
